Alaka Thirthahalli
The association of e kategala sahavasave saku – Alaka Thirthahalli, who attracted the attention of literature lovers through the collection, hails from Hugoppal near Sagar (Shivamogga district). Served as an English teacher in Tunga College, Thirthahalli. Alaka has won prizes in several story competitions and has received Chhanda Pustak Award (2005) Katharangam Awards.
Written by Lakshminarayan under the name ‘Alaka Tirthahalli’. Apart from those stories, he has also written poetry, poetry and plays and is a retired professor of English.
